Andrews wonderful letter!

Sooo, the eye holes of the mask are the mustache and it is made out of a workout band and yes I thought of the bus pics when I put them on my comp called me the monopoly man it is great...

MOM---You just need a top hat!! with your old tux for choir!!!
Andrew---oh i don't think i could pull it off but from the general consensus here they think i need to be the host for a talent show as Drew Carey, oh boy that joke never gets old...by the way the sister that called was Sister Buck one of the Senior Missionaries here. She is awesome and her husband is a world renound chemist that found the bacterial cure for ulcers. They are great! when I get home, we need to purchase a game called Cornhole....the best Kentucky game ever and dad could even make the boards!! So, I forgot my camera but I will tell you about the week. We picked up a few more families and we decided to work closer to the branch and decided to get the part member families full member...We have started teaching in force and the branch is finally starting to get the "work of salvation", due to a kind of throw down a stake conference. I think I may go into shock when I come home to a huge ward. On another note, today we were shopping and (Elder Johnson) my comps cards didn't go through and he was calling customer support for his card and some lady just came up and payed for him and told him to pay it forward it was one of those simple miracles. The people of Kentucky are amazing. Also we played Cornhole last night and had a Barbeque and fire over at one of the investigators houses that was having a birthday we are there boys and they have kinda adopted us it is kinda funny and scary at the same time...but boyo its never dull here

Well Dad, the redneck BBQ was kind of an excuse to pick up a free pot on the side of the road and use it for something constructive and our neighbors are jealous of it cause it is small and contained and that is the only type of barbecue you are allowed to have at our apartment complex we were super happy that we didn't have to buy any of it.....by the way my companion is counting down how long I have to go, cause he goes home in May and he wants me to share his misery, but I am just happy that I have quite a bit longer to go. :) most people need Jesus in their life...also I know what sketchy ghettos are...I have had numerous guns pulled out on me and we had to run the opposite way from a shooting that we came upon coming out of an alley, that was nuts...don't tell mom.....it is dang fun though because there was one of the times where the guy came out on his porch and started the "you are worthless (blank profanity times ten)get off my property or I'm gonna shoot you both!" and then he lifted his shirt where his gun was supposed to be and it wasn't and he flipped yelling, "Man someone stole my heat right out of my waistband!" needless to say we scatted faster than i have ever ran in my life....oh the fun times on the mission. On another note today we were shopping and Elder J my comps cards didn't go through and he was calling customer support and some lady just came up and payed for him and tole him to pay it forward it was one of those simple miracles the people of Kentucky are amazing...so i didn't write mom this much so you may have to just tell her what you think she can hear i love ya
***Funny boy, does he think Dad ever keeps stuff from me!!!?***

I am now in Carrollton, Kentucky and boyo it has been a crazy week. I have met an investigator that "I just like the winters bro's" super funny. We had a great week and I am super crazy in the trying to learn the area thing again I am absolutly out of my mind....kinda like you mom :). I have now tried to fish out of the Kentucky river; the Ohio is next P-day. I can't tell ya how much fun this is other than the fact that, holy garbage, it is fun being a missionary. March 3rd, Sure Love my Family!

Mmmmmoooooooommmmmmmmm waz up! So a lot has happened this week, starting off with me getting sick and not being able to make it to church cause I was hurkin and then of course my companion got sick later in the week. Boy was it fun! We also have some sweet people we have been teaching; one of them being a guy named Justin. Oh boy, he is crazy but so much fun! He has this Kawasaki bullet bike and well....its fast! He is pretty awesome.......we are trying to do more investigator relations things than anything else, and I am just the elder for the job!  It should be an interesting experience.....but on other things; everything is going great! Heartburn is just more frequent, me and tums are now best friends ;).  Oh yea, we also went out tracting the other day and found a super nice family that we haven't been able to get back in with, but we are hopeful. Everything is awesome here in Kentucky. BTW, it is crazy being able to look across the river and think "That's Indiana, also the outside of our mission!!" Cool thought :)...
remember i love yall

I see so many disfunctional familys here and the kids end up doing things that "nobody can explain", but not as missionarys; we see the other side.
It is crazy to see the absolute cycle that the world just can't figure out. I am just happy that as missionarys, we can bring some semblance of peace into their homes and lives. Remember I am praying for yall and am constantly thinking about you.
The lessons I teach others now, I learned from my family life. The time I spend with investigators and bear testimony, I always tell them of the love that comes from the peace of the gospel and how much it has helped my family.....I love this work we are engaged in!
And I love yall!

This week was crazy! we ran here and there and still didnt get all acomplished....but went to another farewell, and then stopped by Grandma D's and had dinner. Desire, the twins and Dale were there too, it is so fun playing with them.
Oh dad went to the doctor and he said he is healing real well and now only has eight weeks till he can jump in it! sheesh, could you see dad jumping up and down.
Have a good week goober
lv mom

Andrew---Yeah you will have to show his mom the video he is pretty funny and tell Jon he is amazing at basket ball and very competitive tell every one i am praying for them and that I love them.

I see elder larson every day because we live in a four elder apartment it is great
That Bro Linker is a hoot, I think you deserve to be called goober! It will remind you every time he says it...that we LOVE YOU!!  YOU GOOBER!!!! ha ha ha ha ha ha ah ha ha aha ha ha ha

Mother the longboard for jake is very appropriate, he is a little hipster and it is funny to see the sideways hat on the brothers and I can just see dad cringing inside when he sees them. Brother Linker says he thinksyou are a funny person you all need to meet him he is just a hoot.
